Mandy Johnson - Company Director
Mandy is the director of No Limit Training & Development and believes that there is No Limit to people’s personal development and growth.

 

During her career she has worked both in the UK and internationally and has a demonstrable record of developing and successfully implementing progressive Learning and Development initiatives in multi-site environments, bringing about change and adding measurable value.

 

She has held roles within the manufacturing sector, private sector (financial services) and retail. She has over thirty years’ experience in the learning and development arena. Since opening No Limit Training and Development she has had the pleasure to work with numerous organisations in other sectors such as different Housing Associations and Health Boards.

 

Mandy is a fellow member of both the Institute of Leadership and the Chartered Management Institute. She is a qualified trainer, executive coach and coaching supervisor, has been an accredited NLP Master practitioner since 2007, and holds a career counselling licence through CCS (London).

 

Her MaEd - Master of Arts in Education (Lifelong Learning) is focused on implementing, supporting and the assessment of learning and development.

Dean Johnson – Operations Director 

Dean is an experienced leader who has enjoyed working in a range of manufacturing industries including Aviation where he led a number of different teams to successfully deliver several key change programmes increasing productivity.

 

He has experience of developing groups of employees into a high performing innovative teams. He strongly believes that situational leadership and particularly adopting a coaching style of leadership is key to increasing employee development and engagement.

He has over a decade years’ experience running his own business before joining the team at No Limit Training and Development as Operations Director.

Listening to understand our client’s requirements then working with them in true partnership is paramount to what we do.  We pride ourselves on creating unique, practical, client centred solutions which include our tailor-made learner support strategies.

 

Expert Professional Associates
We have a specially selected core team of professionally qualified associates. All of whom role model the same values as we do and have worked with us for a number of years, delivering the quality standards that we are known for.

 

Continued Professional Development is crucial and all our associates undertake and importantly share key learning with the team. Each member has years of experience in leadership roles and in their field of expertise which enables them to understand the issues that organisations and the staff within them face.

 

We have qualified Leadership / Executive Coaches two of which are DISC / Facet5 accredited, an Organisational Development Consultant, HR Consultant, a Coaching Supervisor, and Leadership and Management Trainers. 


Motivated by a belief that there is No Limit to an individual’s potential. We encourage and support personal and organisational development through practical training which is high impact, engaging and designed to stimulate people’s curiosity.

Design and delivery is by experienced and qualified trainers / consultants.

Our qualifications are awarded by the ILM and we have rigorous Internal Quality Assurance policies to ensure all aspects of teaching, learning and assessment meet the highest standards and are compliant with ILM requirements.
